Hello.
Carrots: not bad. A tip for next year. When you see two plants growing very close together, remove the one that seems smaller. You should still leave only one. The ones that are joined together are both good. I don't see any holes caused by soil insects. So GOOD. Next year, don't sow them in the same place.

Potatoes: Those are fine too. One observation, try to find out if that soil is good for potatoes. You might need some fertilizer.
Did you use seed potatoes? They are basically potatoes grown specifically to be sown the following year. My parents told me that when you don't have enough potatoes to sow, you can use a large potato and divide it into 4 parts. In extreme cases you can also use the peels. This year, for crops, it's gone.

Warning: it is better to reproduce each fruit plant with fruits or seeds born in the same place. So if you can, put 1 or 2 potatoes in a jute bag, in the cold and dark.
Next year put those potatoes in the ground and you will see that they improve. Every year you should do this. (a school of the elderly)

I forgot: Never make carrots as big as those from the supermarket: they are woody and do not taste like carrots. When you buy them, try to take a large one and the smallest one you find, taste them.
